- Feinwerkbau has gone above and beyond in
the design of their new pre-charged pneumatic air pistol. With
the P44/P40, FWB has removed the barrel shroud of the P34 and exposed
the barrel, giving this air pistol a retro look reminiscent of
the ever-popular Model 65. A patented interior absorber, the
time proven built-in muzzle brake and ported barrel all maximize
accuracy while completely eliminating muzzle flip and any felt
recoil.
-
- Some of the best new features of this air
pistol are the adjustable sights. The block-type front sight
(4.2mm) can be placed in 3 different locations on the muzzle
brake. The notch of the rear sight can be adjusted infinitely
between 1.5mm and 4.8mm. The length of the rear sight has a full
20mm of adjustment range. These features allow the shooter to
change the sight radius at a moments notice.
-
- Considered the finest match trigger in the
world, made of new high-tensile steels, the multi-adjustable
system allows extremely precise shot control, and can be fine-tuned
to suit virtually any preference. The anatomical, tri-colored
Monini grip can be swiveled in all directions allowing for maximum
comfort and stability It is available in three sizes to fit most
shooters. Supplied with your P40 are two air cylinders (one silver
and one red) and one 19-gram weight rod with
one 19-gram aluminum weight. Additional weights and rods can
be pun- chased separately.
-
- A more economical version of the P44 is the
P40 Basic. This unit has all of the same working features of
the P40, but is supplied with anatomical, adjustable Monini walnut
grips and one air cylinder (blue). The weights and nods do not
come with the Basic unit, but can be added at any time. Both
the P44 and P40 Basic are supplied with the special transport
case as a standard feature.
-
- Technically refined to an unparalleled degree
and more elegant than ever, the FWB P44/P40 continues the success
story of the FWB match air pistols.

- BEEMAN
/ FWB 103
- PRICE
- This model is the
single stroke pneumatic entry in the line of Beeman/Feinwerkbau
air pistols. The unique aspect of the gun is that the new 103
incorporates a detachable single lever, for reduced firing weight
and improved balance. Swinging
the cocking lever forward opens the loading gate. The pellet
is loaded into the bore, and with the loading gate in the open
position the line of sight is blocked. This aids the shooter
in focusing on the task at hand and eliminates lost shots by
not loading a pellet during the intense concentration of a match.
The 103 comes with a muzzle
brake fitted as standard, which diverts air flow from the pellet
flight, for improved follow through, and target placement.
-
- As is standard with
the Feinwerkbau airguns, the wonderfully sensitive trigger is
near perfection. The unit is completely adjustable in almost
every conceivable way, and there is even a dry-fire mechanism
to allow sight control and trigger practice. The grip, available
for right and left handed shooters, is also adjustable, and seems
to fit the hand like a glove.
