Brocock's continued partnership with Dutch regulator specialists, Huma, is visually evident in the Commander's twin gauge array - one for the rifle's carbon fiber bottle pressure, the other for the regulator's controlled pressure setting. Look closer, however, and you apreciate further why Brocock's new rifle is a force to be reckoned with; if ever there was a rifle to earn its stripes, the Commander is it!

Not only is shot-to-shot consistency improved courtesy of the on-board regulator, but the Commander boasts power outputs up to 40 ft/lbs and a shots-per-charge count of up to 520 according to its configuration: it's available in .177, .22 or .25 caliber, with a lightweight carbon-fiber 480cc bottle on the model called the Hi-Lite.

The Commander has been designed to excel in the shoulder, where its ergonomic drop-down pistol grip and retractable stock allow for instinctive target acquisition. Besdies speedy pull-length adjustment, the butt can be colapsed to make it even more compact, further facilitating carriage and storage. It's also available in either synthetic or with a Cerakote finish.

In keeping with its tactical looks, the Commander sports numerous practical features, like Picatinny scope and accessory rails, on-the-fly Hi/Low power adjuster and a fast-throw side-bolt to cycle its auto-indexing 10-shot magazine. Its full-length shroud - which secretes a Lothar Walther barrel no less - also doubles as a reflex-type report suppressor, while the ported muzzle brake helps maximize accuracy available from the COmmander's regulated and totally recoiless firing cycle.
