Pre-Charged Airgun Tuning Services
Basic Tune
-Test gun for velocity and ensure it meets the factory specification for power
-Included free of charge with the purchase of most pre-charged air rifles and pistols
Stage 1 Tune
-Includes all of the above plus custom tune for optimum settings and barrel cleaning
-Adjust and fine tune the regulator pressure and hammer spring/stroke settings to achieve optimum performance in terms of power and shot count
-Remove barrel and clean and lightly polish the barrel to remove any machining greases, residues or debris left over from the manufacturing process
Stage 2 Tune
-Includes all of the above plus precision machine lapping in a professional grade vertical lapping machine
-Lapping barrels helps remove any burrs or imperfections left in the barrel after the rifling process. This lapping procedure helps create a smoother finish in the bore which helps to improve shot to shot consistency.
Stage 3 Tune (Coming Soon)
-Includes all of the above plus installation of a custom finished, precision cut-rifled Sub-Moa barrel
-Also includes custom tuning to the optimal pellet or optimal slug depending on the customer's choice
Brocock Power Tune Upgrade
Involves increasing transfer port sizing and improving air flow characteristics. Results in increased power and improved efficiency for better performance. Currently available on Brocock Sniper and Commander models in .22 and .25 calibers - both standard and magnum power levels.
The following power and shot counts can be expected:
.22 cal Standard Power w/ 480cc
-80 shots at 40ft-lbs (factory setting)
-30 shots at 50ft-lbs (max power)
.25 cal Standard Power w/ 480cc
-60 shots at 50ft-lbs (factory setting)
-40 shots at 55ft-lbs (max power)
.22 cal Magnum Power w/480cc
-45 shots at 50ft-lbs (factory setting)
-20 shots at 57ft-lbs (max power)
.25 cal Magnum Power w/ 480cc
-45 shots at 60ft-lbs

Barrel Lapping Service
Available on solo barrels and barrel kits only.
Hand Polish
-Disassemble barrel kit, clean and lightly polish the barrel with fine grit compount to remove any machining greases, residues or debris left over from the manufacturing process
Machine Lap
-Disassemble barrel kit and precision machine lap in a professional grade vertical lapping machine

Includes:
- Removal, degreasing and cleaning of trigger system and mainspring
- Application of high performance ultra lubrication paste to mainspring
- Lubricate pivot points and trigger system
- Test rifle for function and velocity

- Help improve accuracy and makes for a more pleasant shooting experience
