Accurate and Consistent
The JSB Monster Redesign 13.43 grain pellets in .177 shoot extremely well in my Daystate Red Wolf HP on low power (820 FPS) for Field Target. They consistently shoot 1/2" or smaller groups at 55 yards in calm conditions from a bench rest. As a result, you'll consistently score points on the farthest targets when shooting Field Target. They also group the tightest of all pellets at close range (10-18 yards) for the 3/8" targets. When I put them on paper at ranges of 20 yards and less they almost always shoot single hole. I attribute this to the design; the skirt begins flaring immediately behind the head so I believe it stabilizes faster than any other pellet once it leaves the muzzle. I've found these to be excellent pellets for Field Target at velocities between 780-820 FPS.
