We are the factory warranty center for the following brands:
Transferable Warranty Information
All warranties are for the original purchaser only and start at the date of purchase. However, American Air Arms, Daystate and Brocock allow for the remainder of the factory warranty to transfer to the new owner upon the sale of the gun. To transfer the warranty, the rifle or pistol must be shipped back to Airguns of Arizona along with the original invoice or receipt from the purchase of the rifle. Shipping to and from Airguns of Arizona will be the responsibility of either the seller or purchaser. A $150 inspection service fee will be assessed and the remainder of the warranty will officially be in the name of the new owner.
Pre-owned Warranty Information
All Pre-owned purchases come with a 30 day warranty starting on the date of purchase.

- Pre-Charged Pneumatics (PCP) guns - 2 Years
- Spring, Gas Ram and Single Stroke Pneumatic guns - 1 Year

- KalibrGun - 3 Year Warranty
- RTI - 1 Year Warranty
- Weihrauch/HW - Limited Lifetime Warranty - Wear and Tear Covered for 1 Year
- Western Airguns - 1 Year Warranty
Warranty Booster Information
- Doubles the factory warranty up to a maximum of 3 years.
- In the case of Weihrauch, doubles the wear and tear warranty to a total of 2 years.
- The warranty booster is only available for new sales to the original owner and is not transferable.
- The warranty will cover manufacturer defects starting from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
- Excluded from the warranty are failures due to misuse or abuse; the fitting of non-standard parts, springs, seals or batteries; damage due to moisture, damage to stocks and fair wear and tear.
- Should a product be returned under warranty after the original warranty period, the warranty will cover the repair of the item and return shipping to the customer. Shipping to the warranty center is the responsibility of the customer and the product should be packed safely and insured. Airguns of Arizona will not be liable for damage incurred in shipping to us.
