Bang for the buck...
I put this scope on my HW-97 thinking I didn't want to spend a lot of money on optics for a springer. I've probably got a thousand shots out of that rifle now and the scope is still dead on zero. The glass is sparkling clear and sharp as with any Hawke. The one drawback... I've spoiled myself with Sidewinders on my PCPs. Having to reach to the front of the scope for adjustment while holding that boat anchor of a rifle in one hand is next to impossible. Even so, the adjustment ring turns easily and very smoothly. Not like trying to open a new jar of jelly! I will probably go to a Sidewinder for the HW-97 and put this scope on a 10/22. You won't find a better scope for the price point.
